By booking an appointment, you agree to the following cancellation policy:

Cancel with more than 24 hours notice – appointment will be rescheduled.

Cancel with less than 24 hours notice – full fee will be charged to the card on file, or session deducted from package.

Do not turn up - full fee will be charged to the card on file, or session deducted from package.
